First is with the membership term, Timeshare is only up to year 2031, while Serviced Residence is up to year 2056 and renewable for another 25 years. Second is with privilege nights extended to members. Timeshare members may avail of 7, 14, 21 or 28 nights only, while Serviced Residence members may avail of 30, 60 or 90 nights. Last and most importantly, Timeshare program is not tied with a Leaseback Program. On the other hand, Serviced Residence program comes with a Leaseback Program, which gives members the opportunity to get their investment back and earn rental income from their unit.

As of the moment, Widus Vacation Club is not tied with any international affiliations. However, there are plans to apply for Interval International (II) affiliation in the near future, and such will only be offered to Timeshare members.

Absolutely! If you are only a Vida Circle member and would want either Timeshare or Serviced Residence, you may upgrade your membership and pay applicable balance, less used vouchers, rooms, or any other expenses already incurred. Such is the case also of Timeshare members upgrading to Serviced Residence.

Yes, transfer and reselling of Timeshare and Serviced Residence membership is allowed, except for Vida Circle since this is only an annual membership. However, in case of transfer, prior notification is required and will be subject to approval by management. Once approved, applicable fees will be charged for the transfer or resale of Timeshare or Serviced Residence membership.
