Widus International Leisure Inc. owns and operates a hotel and casino inside Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga, Philippines. It has leased a total of 4.5 hectares of land located right in the middle of Clark Freeport Zone’s commercial area from the Clark Development Corporation for a term of 50 years. To date, the 1st phase development has been completed which is housed inside a 1.9 hectare property.

Future developments are underway given the company’s growing market brought about by its excellent hotel and casino services. The objective of the company is to build an integrated development wherein it could be identified as the landmark which will distinguish Clark as a tourist destination.

Investment opportunities are available given the vast areas that are still scheduled to be developed. The company is open to possible joint ventures or sub-leases in some of its properties.
