Villas

The villa project will be divided into two (2) parts. The first to be developed will be the ‘Garden Villas’ where guests will enjoy leisure walking and jogging in various trails and mini-parks. With an initial 17 units, the spacious, cozy and luxurious villas will captivate every family member’s hearts.

The second phase of the villas, called ‘Water Villas’ will be developed around the water theme park’s lazy river. This allows family members easy access to the water theme park, which doubles the enjoyment.
