A WVC Program where hotel units and villas in the casino-resort complex are leased out to members on a long-term basis, with option to enroll in the Leaseback Pool Program. Members shall pay maintenance fees and such periodic dues and charges, and any assessments in exchange for the long-term occupation of a specifically designated unit or villa in the casino-resort complex and the privilege to use all facilities and services until the expiry of the lease on year 2056.
