Widus International Leisure Incorporated named Tarek Aouini the new general manager for Widus Hotel and Casino in Clark, Pampanga.

Aouini, a Tunisian national, is a veteran in the international hospitality industry. He is equipped with over 16 valuable years of hotel management and property development experience from world-renowned chains such as Jumeirah, Starwood, Dusit, and Fairmont –taking him to territories as diverse as Asia, Africa, Middle East and Indian Ocean.

As Widus Hotel general manager, Aoiuni is in charge of the daily operations and overall performance of Widus Hotel, the only deluxe property in the Clark Freeport and part of an integrated leisure complex that includes a 51-table casino and a 700-sqm convention center.

“I am very pleased to be part of the Widus team and I look forward to the exciting challenges this new role entails as we further develop the offerings available to our guests, moving to a higher level of service which is at par to international standards,” Aouini said.

With his strong management skills and structured leadership approach, Aouini is set to ensure Widus’ position as the premier one-stop leisure destination in Clark.
